  • We believe in the quality of our digital services and offer a free trial to all our customers. This allows you to experience our work firsthand before committing to a payment.

2. Payment after Free Trial

  • After the free trial period ends, you have the option to proceed with payment if you are satisfied with our services. There is no obligation to make a payment if you decide not to continue.

3. Service Guarantee

  • While we do not offer refunds for paid digital services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we can offer an alternative service of equal value at no additional charge.

Physical Goods

1. Customized and Made-to-Order Goods

  • Our physical goods are carefully crafted and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun. However, if the item is defective or not as described, we can offer a replacement or partial refund.

2. Eligibility for Replacements or Partial Refunds

  • To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Partial Refund

  • To request a replacement or partial refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@circleplex.design with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond promptly.

4. Refund Process for Physical Goods

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a partial refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. We are committed to resolving any issues with your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

5. Cancelling Services

  • If you wish to cancel a digital service before it has been completed, please contact us immediately. A prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
